GRACE
STANLEY
School of Media WINNER
NC Board of Governors Student Rep WINNER
Hi knights! My name is Grace Stanley, and I’m running to be the next director of the School of Media and NC Board of Governors Student Representative. I am currently enrolled in my 2nd year of the Broadcasting, TV production program. I love connecting with other students and making a positive impact in their lives. As the president of the African-Caribbean Association of Niagara College, I have had the opportunity to serve as a leader to over 100 students who are members of the association. I have also organized social events such as the Black History Month party, Games night, Movie night etc. which were all a success and promoted interactions between students from different cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. If you vote for me, I’ll make sure your time as a student at Niagara College is filled with fun experiences and opportunities.
I will also do my part in making sure that all your opinions are heard and considered by the NCSAC.
A little bit about me: I love to dance, listen to music , and hang out with friends in my spare time. Another thing I love is, interacting with new students and giving them advice or feedback regarding anything about the college! I currently work at the college as an International Student Assistant and I have also worked as an Orientation Leader which helped me develop necessary skills needed to be a top performing student leader! I love student leadership and making an impact on students lives is something that makes me excited. If you’re looking for a candidate with experience, ability and the right qualities, look no further because you’re reading the right page!
So, if you’re a student in the School of Media, I’ll love for you to vote for me for both positions. Catch me in the hallway or check out my Instagram @gracestanley__ and send me a message if you have any questions. Your vote matters a lot and I promise you will never have regrets about voting for me.
