Hello Niagara College!

 

My name is Aarshvir Sidhu, and I am running to be your NCSAC Director for Business Management.

 

One thing I strongly believe is that successful people and successful businesses are built on the right information and knowing what actions to take. When people have the right knowledge, guidance, and support, they can accomplish incredible things. I want to bring that same mindset to student leadership at Niagara College.

 

My goal is simple: make sure every student’s voice is heard and turned into action. I am deeply committed to listening to students, gathering real input from the people who experience college life every day, and bringing those perspectives directly to the NCSAC Board. Leadership should not happen behind closed doors. It should be built on constant communication with the students we represent.

 

If elected, I want to focus on stronger student advocacy, better communication between students and leadership, and meaningful post graduation support. Students should leave Niagara College not only with a diploma, but with clear direction, opportunities, and confidence about their future careers.

 

I am ambitious about what student leadership can accomplish. I believe we can build stronger connections between students, faculty, and future opportunities while creating an environment where students feel supported, informed, and empowered.

 

I am someone who believes in discipline, action, and accountability, and if given the opportunity, I will work relentlessly to represent the interests of Niagara College students. I
