Welcome to The 2025 NCSAC Elections
Candidate Bio:
Wish for Hish – A President who Cares
Hi, my name is Hishram “Hish” Clifford, and I’m running for NCSAC President.
If elected, I will:
-
Make Education More Attainable – Establish new scholarships for NC students, and work with other colleges and universities to advocate for OSAP improvements, such as higher grants, a higher cut-off threshold, and interest-free provincial student loans.
-
Fight for Better Infrastructure – Push for regional transit on Sundays and holidays, new on-campus residences, and improved student spaces.
-
Improve Student Well-Being – Enhance student health and wellness initiatives, work with the college to create a more accessible campus and promote more interactive events.
-
Strengthen Career Opportunities – Create more on-campus jobs with a more visible Street Team, helping students develop skills and prepare for their future careers.
Balancing classes, work, exams, and life is overwhelming. Add to that the stress of tuition, unreliable transit, and the uncertainty of whether college will be worth the time and money. These aren’t just concerns I hear from students; they’re challenges I face alongside you.

That’s why I’m running.

Being NCSAC President isn’t just a title, it’s a full-time job. Every single day, I’ll be working to ensure student voices are heard on campus, in the community, and wherever decisions are made.
If you wish to have a representative who listens, understands, and takes action, then… Wish for Hish and vote YES to Hish Clifford for NCSAC President!
