Hello Knights!

My name is Peter Almounauar and I am in my second year in Broadcasting for TV production. I am pleased to declare my candidature for the Board of Directors for the School of Media in the 2024 NCSAC elections. I am excited to keep being part of the Niagara College family. I am looking to collaborate my skills with students and NCSAC to ensure that we all have the greatest possible experience at the college and make our voices heard. I enjoy being part of students and ensuring that they have access to the services, assistance and a friend. I will advocate for you and our rights as students to ensure that our voice is heard. Just a little bit about me, I am a youth mentor for Family and Children Services and a former youth in care, this means bringing people the support that they need and making it my top priority. I love filming my journey, watching/doing TV productions, and gaming. Being a student and understanding that navigating post secondary can be difficult, which is one of the reasons why I want to advocate for you and the college!
