My name is Wendy Flood, I am a first-year Social Service Work student and I’m running for Director of Community Services. As a future SSW, I value equity and I’m not exactly seeing that on campus. I went into the SSW program to make a difference, to not just hear but listen. I will listen to what you have to say, your voice matters as much as mine.
Some fun facts about me: I’m queer, I’m neurodivergent, I play and run D&D, and I’m a visual artist. I also have two nine-year-old cats, Nero who is a fourteen-pound black cat with a mostly amputated tail and Diana who is an eight-pound tortoise shell with twenty-four toes.
I hope to work with and for you to improve our college experience.
